All Live Ops will be transmitted ON-LINE to the conference site with possibility to ask questions and to discuss with operators. Transmission will be performed from operation room of Veterinary Clinic.

The conference will be organized in the beautiful Valencia – one of the most amazing cities of the Mideterranian coast of Spain.

 

All EVENDOC participants are invited to the Gala Dinner in the MELIÁ MEETING Hall of the Hotel.

The event will be organized in the form of national costume masquerade ball and will start at 19:00 on 4th May with welcome speech of Organizers.

 

We ask everybody to bring the national costumes or just some elements of the costumes of the countries of their origin.

 

It will be the PASS to the EVENT.

 

Best 3 costumes will be awarded by SPECIAL PRIZES of THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMETEE.

 

At the WILL of the participants every country group will be taken the time for the presentation the country. We ask everybody not to formalize these presentations and to use some creativity!
