Mastering of the primary pyeloscopy and ureteroscopy skills through nephroscopic access.

Mastering of mini - PCNL instrumentation set use for nephroscopy in dogs and cats.

The acquisition of basic skills and endoscopic visual-tactile coordination when performing laparoscopic assisted nephroscopy.

Training of the access to and manipulation into the renal - pelvis system.

 

Program:

 

9.00-10.00 Theoretical part and instrumentation.

 

Laparoscopically assisted nephoscopy features. The advantages and benefits. Endoscopic equipment for nephroscopy dogs and cats. Visualization features.

Endoscopic surgery sequential algorithm - from access until the closure of the defect.

Virtual manual training.

 

10.00-12.30 Nephroscopy Clinical Demonstration.

Selection and preparation of the patient. Operation.

 

12.30-13.30 Lunch.

 

13.30 - 17.00 Cadaver Training.

 

Hands-on under Instructor supervision. Pyelo- and ureteroscopy skills mastering.

"Hand-eye" visual-tactile coordination tests of trainees.

16.00-16.30 Certificates award.
