Endoscopic diagnosis of the abdominal cavity. Indications and contraindications. Technological and technical features of the event. Principles of decision-making ” inside the abdominal cavity”. Demonstration of clinical cases.
11.00-11.15 Coffee break with participants
11.15-12.00 Laparoscopic Spay endosurgery in cats and dogs. One of the most popular procedures. Why and how? Where are the pitfalls?
12.00-12.15 Coffee break with participants
12.15-13.00
– Laparoscopic endosurgery today. Overview of the main operations in the small animal veterinary clinic. Equipment and materials used. Demonstration of clinical cases.
– Abdominal endoscopy is tomorrow. Innovations that become standards. Anything news?
13.00-14.00 Lunch with participants
Dry lab:
14.00-16.00
Working on simple equipment, instruments (black box) on basic diagnostic and lap, endosurgery . Work in groups. Group change work stations every 20 to 25 min (four different tables different tasks). Any table has own tasks (sharing tricks, main issues etc )
16.00-16.30 Final day discussion.
